WHERE TO GO (The Frederick News-Post)
With options such as Cozy, Serenity Tearoom, Beans in the Belfry and Cafe Anglais, local customers have a range of tea settings to choose from. Each restaurant makes all or most of its tea treats on site, including its own type of scone.
